Toff Expectorant is primarily recommended to treat perennial and seasonal allergic rhinitis and other allergic symptoms including urticaria. Toff Expectorant is an antihistamine that works by blocking the action of histamine in the body.
Pregnancy Interaction: Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Toff Expectorant may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.Take it with food if stomach upset occurs.

Breast Feeding Interaction: Toff Expectorant is a combination of two medicines: Chlorpheniramine and Paracetamol / Acetaminophen which relieve common cold symptoms. Chlorpheniramine is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). It blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain and fever.
