Warnings: Do not take Topcef DT 100 mg Tablet 10's if you are allergic to Topcef DT 100 mg Tablet 10's or other macrolide antibiotics. Hypersensitivity reactions including shock and fatalities have been reported with Topcef DT 100 mg Tablet 10's. Discontinue use if there is a reaction and reach out to your doctor immediately. Tell your doctor if you have liver problems (jaundice), muscle problem (myasthenia gravis), heart rhythm disorder (arrhythmia), electrolyte imbalance (low potassium or magnesium level). In rare case, use of Topcef DT 100 mg Tablet 10's can cause diarrhoea, so in case if you have watery or bloody diarrhoea, stop taking Topcef DT 100 mg Tablet 10's and call your doctor. However, do not take any anti-diarrheal medicine until your doctor tells you. It is not known whether Topcef DT 100 mg Tablet 10's harms the baby in pregnancy or not. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant, planning for pregnancy or breastfeeding before using Topcef DT 100 mg Tablet 10's.

Side Effects: Upset stomach or throwing up. Many small meals, good mouth care, sucking hard, sugar-free candy, or chewing sugar-free gum may help. - Loose stools (diarrhea). Yogurt or probiotics may help. You may get these products at health food stores or in some pharmacies. - For women, vaginal yeast infection. Report itching or discharge.
